Congratulations on your recent engagement and thank you for your interest in choosing us to design flowers on one of the most memorable day of your life. Below is an outline of our design process.

1.  Our personalized consultations are conducted in person.  During your one-hour consultation appointment, Mila will meet with you to discuss your floral vision and the overall look of your wedding.  We will ask you to fill out the Bridal Information form prior to our meeting in order to help us design flowers that truly reflect your style and needs.

 

2.  After our meeting, an itemized quote will be sent to you. A 20% non-refundable retainer fee is required to lock in the date. The retainer fee will be applied entirely towards your wedding flower order. We will then create a contract with all the details and other pertinent information based upon what was discussed during the consultation.

 

3.  Approximately four (4) weeks prior to your wedding, we will go over the contract, make any last minutes changes as needed, and work on the day-of logistics. Final payment must be made at this time. Mila will work directly with your event planner or coordinator to coordinate delivery of your flowers.

 

4.  Wedding Day!  The day of your wedding, Mila and her team will deliver and set-up your flowers. We return after the wedding to retrieve any rental items provided by Heaven Scent Floral Design Studio.
